We do lots of Loomis painting.
In fact, Loomis, Penryn and Newcastle are only about 10 minutes from our home in Auburn.
Because of the weather (slight fog and low temperature in winter), there may be a bit more preparation. Old paint may become loose or start peeling. Bare nail heads could have become rusted.
The sunny side of homes are mostly always in worse shape. So, we make sure that we do very through preparation. All old, chipping and loose paint is scraped and sanded.
If the siding is in rough shape, we have special primer that is particularly made to stabilize the wood.
Any bare metal or nail heads are spot primed. We spray and then "backroll" the paint into the siding. And, we make sure the paint goes into all the grooves. We also caulk where needed - especially around any windows where water might drip into.
We've also cleaned and stained or painted many decks in Loomis, Penryn, and Newcastle.
When we do pressure washing of decks, we make sure that we use just the right amount of water pressure.
We want to get the dirt and grime off without damaging the wood.
Once the surface is nice and dry, then we apply the stain or deck paint.
As far as interior painting in Loomis, Penryn, or Newcastle, we can help you with your color choices if you'd like. One tip to keep in mind is if you have a beautiful view, choose a color that enhances it.
We have many happy customers from all over Placer County. We would appreciate it if you would give us a call if you need any interior or exterior painting done. Jeff will come out and give you a free informative written estimate.
